SHIPPING CONTRACT & DETAILS


Dear Customer,

The contract is not binding. The information it asks for is to prove to the FAA that you are a known person to Jet-A-Pet. The FAA requires we have this information in our office a minimum of seven days before shipping date. This ruling has been in affect since September, 1999.

The shippers form which asks for your credit card information, to and from addresses, and pet description(s) is information to quote you an accurate price. No amount will be charged to your credit card until you have agreed to all terms and permissions granted to Jet-A-Pet.
